A new addition to the flat-out Victoria Street hospo scene, Louis Champagne & Oyster Bar channels the sort of decadence from its inspiration and namesake (King Louis XV of France) that eventually sparked the French peasantry to revolt en masse; the champagne and oyster bar offers sixteen different varieties of champagne and oysters twelve ways for starters, and that’s before you even get into elaborately framed mirrors, craft beers, finely and freshly created seafood plates, and 1.5 metre diameter Italian crystal chandelier.
